The Samsung UA46B7000 is the next generation LCD from Samsung and the 46-inch TV is one that is packed with new features like LED-backlighting and MSN Internet widgets.

This new LCD HD TV is the latest in flat panel TVs and are perhaps Samsungs most glamorous looking TV sets they have produced. The 7000 Samsung series features the latest crystal design and has a mostly ‘piano black’ finish that fades out to a clear rim. This LCD HD TV looks good quality from the outside, but also produces high quality images from within.

LED backlighting allows for better blacks and colours, higher brightness in image and better off-axis viewing. Samsung are so confident in their latest LCD HD TV that they claim to have a three-million-to-one contrast ratio.

This latest TV in the Samsung 7000 range features DLNA streaming and widgets to enable MSN. You can also access the Internet from this LCD TV as there are four HDMI ports and optional wireless attachment.

The only downside to this TV is that some people don’t see the value in having a thin television. This TV in the Samsung range is thin and some believe the thinness of the screen effects the image quality. If you look at it from the front, the Samsung UA46B7000 provides clear, high quality imaging, but lacks in quality from other viewing angles.
